Yesterday, IF, 87 protein, 110 fat, 20 carbs, mct once, leg workout, omelette, chicken salad, progranola, nuts before bed
159.4 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
