토욜까지 60키로로 내려가주면 참 좋겠다
평일에 운동도 식단도 열심히해야지 할수있다!!!
136.0 lb Lost so far: 37.9 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 6.2 lb a week
