어제 운동하고나서 저녁약속만 없었어도 더 내려가는건뎅 ㅠㅠ
그나마 차마시고 샐러드먹어서 0.4키로 빠졌당
여행가기전에 61다시 만들어놓자!!
136.9 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.2 lb a week
