...it was the Outback restaurant foray in the evening to celebrate John's bday that sent me over the top...but I need to expect occasional blips that are unavoidable, and prepare accordingly. Like the bday celebration weekend coming up...
167.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
