omg... finally back in the 170 range. It's been a while since I was in the 170's. I definitely struggle to lose weight. Ever since I turned 42ish, I kept putting on the pounds despite no change in eating patterns, dieting, working out, etc.
I followed Dr. Mindy Pelz 2 week fasting reboot aa couple months ago, but still IF on a daily basis. Hours are generally about 16+ hours most days.

I definitely noticed being hungry in the mornings lately, but that could be bc of my period. I'm generally not even hungry, but my mouth just wants to eat. There are also times that I don't want to eat at all. I wish it was that way all the time. lol.

I think the big drop in weight was that I was in CA to meet my bio dad, and although I stuck with Keto for the most part, until Saturday night. ugh.. I've also been eating sunflower seeds at my desk and have a feeling the extra salt did me in a bit.
179.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 39.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
