Gewicht gleich, Hab sooo einen Muskelkater nach dem ich gestern beim Sport war. Will alle 2 Tage gehen.
220.5 lb Lost so far: 48.5 lb.    Still to go: 44.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
