請問增肌可以吃什麼碳水化合物?我不喜歡麵粉做成的食物。不好意思想問有哪些澱粉類食物呢?

我知道是水煮蛋,雞胸肉,跟魚類的攝取,較不增脂可以增肌,澱粉類真的只有白麵包 😅😅😅
