Unrestrained binge eating yesterday at D&D with the boys (for science!) just to get an idea of what can happen if I mindlessly pick at the food I want to eat. It's absurd. 203 lbs yesterday. 211 today. That's a lot of food in my gut (8 lbs).
211.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hahah! My nearly seventeen year old son is a D&D guy! Plays online with buddies and also IRL. You would think it was hard labor considering how much he can consume! 😁 Hope you had fun! Water and food weight isn't fat, so there is hope! I bet it will be gone in no time! 😁
