setelah sekian lama akhirnya timbang juga. alhamdulillah hampir lima bulan tembus 15kg yg hilang. padahal masih sering nakal hahaha
138.9 lb Lost so far: 33.1 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
