Wow, 187 is the lowest I've been in a few years. I wish I would have logged exactly what I ate yesterday, I'll have to go back and guess and maybe find that magical food; I'm hoping it was the ice cream cone :-)
187.0 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
