어제 먹기만하고 운동을 안했.. 비가와서 헬스장 너무 가기 귀찮ㅋㅋㅋ
이번 주 안에 65키로 보자!
145.9 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
