Yesterday, IF, 5x5 back workout, 106 protein, 116 fat, 15 carbs, yogurt, hemp oil twice, mct twice, muscle milk
154.4 lb Lost so far: 33.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 15.4 lb a week
