I had a Birthday Party for one of my co-workers earlier in the week, so I sort of went overboard on one day. I need to try and remember to drink more water, as I only managed to consume an average of about 70oz per day. My goal is to consume about 120oz per day.
258.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
