I just cant lose weight... Today I'm starting off on the right foot. coffee with splenda and evaporated milk and two hard boiled eggs with a dash of salt and 2 tbs lemon juice. It was delicious! Cutting out the sugars today. I cant workout due to nerve injury in my arm but am gonna try handless yoga. Wish me luck... any suggestions? Happy eating guys!
