星期六其實就升0.5了 星期天再0.7 整個肥一圈😭😭😭

你不覺得你水份變很少了!我每次水份一降低體脂就升高然後就變重!我年初開始水份降到52多體脂就一直在27~30中間徘白天體重最重可以來到53
,是最近身體水份又恢復到53以上體重和體脂才降下來!

水分是比例 我在想是不是油變多了 水分的比例就下降了

可是我的飲食沒變運動也持續,從春節之後水份突然降低體重就一直增加很快下降很慢,體脂也一直居高不下😱😱😱所以到最後連零食都沒啥吃了才會快到期的積一堆😓😓😓
現在水份一恢復體重慢慢也跟著恢復但基代好低😭😭😭
