I think salt and water retention were to blame for the sudden jump in weight. Maybe I'll weight myself again at the end of the week to see if there is a different. I'm super curious about how my body is reacting.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
