penurunan 0.5 kgvdr hr kmrn...spt nya ada yg krg pas dgn Diet ku hr kmrn...krn penurunan nya tdk sebesar hari2 sblmnya...hrs lbh konsisten lg...dan tetap SEMANGAT💪💪💪😘😍🙏👍❤
