Yesterday, IF, leg workout, 80 protein, 155 fat, 18 carbs, collagen, mct twice, hemp oil twice, peanut butter
160.0 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.2 lb a week
