I can't believe that I gained two kilos. I only had two days that I went over my points and even then not by much. Oh well, it makes me more determined to stick to it and shift the extra weight - still I am mighty disappointed by this weeks result.
198.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe it's what you ate not necessarily how much you ate. Did the food you eat have alot of sodium? That can add water weight. Drink some extra water today and see what happens!
