I had a lunch Light meat Tuna shredded with vegetable this lunch time 👍
Tomorrow morning I will be have again like this morning everyone 🇿🇦✝
184.7 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
