After yesterday's 20hr IF and 30minutes of cardio party workout by Shaun T. Going to start a short family holiday to the Drakensberg with BANG👊👊👊. Hope it continues like this.......🤞🤞🤞🤞
137.3 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
