No weight to record because I did not follow the diet like I promised myself I would. So my loss. Well it's a new year, and a new beginning. I'll see how fast I can get 19kg down......
185.2 lb Lost so far: 84.2 lb.    Still to go: 41.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
