Ok I am back up again. I just got a new scale so I can try to figure out what is going on. According to the scale it says I am 172 pounds with 28% bodyfat and that I have 52% muscles. I am still trying to figure out what that means???? If anyone knows please explain. It says that my ideal weight should be 164 pounds thats just crazy I am a 5'4 female. although people don't see me as fat and I don't look heavy people assume I am just big boned. So now I not only need to lose fat but the only way to appear smaller is I need to lose all of this muscle? I am confused by the minute.

I'm no expert but it means almost exactly what it says, the rest of the % would be water. You never really want to lose muscle unless you're a muscle head and look ridiculous, lol. You want to lose the fat....I believe 28% is right on the borderline of being ok and overweight...so you could aim to get your body fat % to 20. I would do some research online...
