Day 10 of intermittent fasting but I had some alcohol and a lot of carbs and sugar over the weekend which will explain the weight gain. I'm sure I will lose it during the week!
192.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.9 lb a week
