Yesterday, If, 52 protein, 117 fat, 13 carbs, collagen, mct twice, hemp oil twice, Chipotle, chest workout,
156.0 lb Lost so far: 31.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 12.6 lb a week
