키토제닉 175일차
입이̆̈ 근질근질 뭐가 먹고싶다🤤
주말이̆̈ 항상 고비 ㅎㅎ 집에 맛있는게 많을때 더더욱
그치만 저녁에 삼겹살 300그람 먹으려면 참아야한다^.^
