Week 20 geen goede week 😢 3 ons erbij.. eigen schuld 3 slechte dagen gehad.. nu weer goed aan de slag en toch weer elke dag wegen.. heb ik blijkbaar toch nodig
196.4 lb Lost so far: 34.2 lb.    Still to go: 46.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
