Back to my routine, glad it still works apparently 😁 41kg down!
Made a lot of tests in Poland, results are mostly good apart from two being a bit above normal range - my former polish GP said that it might be diet related and I should try and change it a bit, i.e. I can eat more bread! Happy! So I was eating rye bread which I love and still lost some decent weight, it's really working! Looks like I need to learn a whole lot more about healthy balanced diet as I thought I'm doing the right thing, weight went down, but my body was lacking stuff.. Anyways, I'll be okay 😊
