Love the drop, but I've been really sick. Contracted food poisoning last Wednesday, which left me feeling off for at least an entire week, then my gallbladder, which has given me trouble before started getting pokey. Not full attacks, just can tell it's irritated. THEN, if that's not enough, I've come down with a cold/drainage, sore throat and now it's in my ears. As a result of all of this, I have kind of had to eat whatever works, may or may not always be keto. It was pure crackers last thursday, that's for sure. Then ACV and apple juice for this gallbladder. Not a lot of food. :( It would be nice to keep this loss off but I'd also like to get better!
