@adefwebserver I’m not doing nothing out of the ordinary. Just smoking a lot of meth and crack haha just kidding. I eat 6 small meals a day, stay in a caloric deficit, train super intense, drink a gallon of water a day and get 8 hrs of sleep along with meeting my macros.
