Wow this is hard, I am now only eating certain fruit and veggies plain yogurt and lemon water. With a lot of chappies and water. But I will get there.
184.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
