Yesterday, IF, 115 protein, 129 fat, burgers at the field, TB, sick, glutamine, diarrhea

155.8 lb Lost so far: 31.8 lb. Still to go: 5.8 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 14.0 lb a week
