Weight loss isn’t linear, I know it’ll come back down. :) I also DID have a cheat meal in there too, so I am sort of “paying” for that. I had dinner last night at a friends house and they were super supportive and made low carb things to eat and tried some of the things I brought to share that were low carb. We’re hanging out with a different group of friends this weekend and I’ve been told they’re making some low carb things too. I am lucky to have supportive friends!
