Gained weight , but still clean and not smoking still
My graph looks like table mountain lol .
Starting a gym routine again , been quite depressed lately with divorce, but managed to force myself to go to gym yesterday. I gonna try to keep it up as my goal has been to get to 90kg for over a year now and I am just not consistent enough.
For me pizza is the devil, i need to stop consuming bread and sugary things.
Well I just gonna push it now and keep clean and healthy.
PS: this speech is more for my motivation than anyone else.
