Jangan Diet terlalu ketat.. Iya emang bsa cpet kurusss tpi pas udah brhrnti diet mlah kalap mkan dan bsa nmbah BB lbih lgi.. Jadi intinya atur pola mkan aja Sarapan, Makan Siang & Malam udah ckup ngemil sewajarnya aja jgan berlebih. Alhasil tnpa kmu sdari BB kmu bsa trun dngan sendirinya tnpa kmu sadari😉 Oh yaa.. jgan lpa jga bnyakin mnum air putih
