Weighed at doctor's. Put a fair amount of weight on during trip to Leeds with the cooked English breakfasts and delicious dinners. Now finding it hard to reduce intake and as my boyfriend is out of town, I am struggling with chocolate cravings. Wish life were simpler sometimes but there are so many stressful events happening, so much worrying about the future.
375.7 lb Lost so far: 30.9 lb.    Still to go: 111.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
