Holding steady. Had a bit of a scare after a day with less water than usual and a super salty meal. It's amazing how much water your body can retain! After 24 hours of less salt and a ton of water things were back on track. Facing a high cal celebration dinner tonight, but should have time for 'damage control' before next week's weigh-in. Hope everyone is having a good week.
