Very happy that I can pull down the "How Closely Followed?" choice and select "reasonably well" and really mean... completely on track. :D I had a great low carb day yesterday. Dinner got tough as I didn't have anything planned, so DH had leftover pizza, and I made myself an egg, cheese and chorizo scramble with a little ranch dressing in it. YUM. Had it for breakfast this morning again too. Not complaining!! :)
Stepped on the scale this morning to a happy surprise... a 4.8lb difference from yesterday. OBVIOUSLY it must be water weight, bloat, etc because 1 day on the Atkins diet doesn't make you lose 5 lbs just like that. ;) But hey! I'll take it. One baby step closer to my goal.
The only thing I really, really struggled with yesterday was about 8 o clock, I had the snackies something fierce. We had to stop at Walgreens and get some Gatorade so I grabbed an Arnold Palmer Zero... 1 carb and it quenched my "sugar" lust. Something to remember when I'm struggling.
