Happy with weight loss. I am going to be turning cardio back on in a bid to accelerate my weight-loss. Seems I am now becoming obsessed with this. On the other hand if I absolutely smash it over next 3 months then that's it I can shift my focus to building muscle which allows for more fulfilling diet. Will see how go this week as I try to attend at least 4 cardio sessions.
