181.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

We started around the same time and similar weights but you are getting better results. Any tricks you care to share???

I've cut out all sugar (including high sugar fruits and vegetables - carrots, bananas etc). I also don't eat bread, pasta, rice or potatoes. Basically I'm eating fruits veggies and chicken lol
