Sooo, I had a baaaad few weeks & finally found the courage to weigh my self again and face the consequences of my bad eating 🙈
2kgs up 😔 time to get back to looking after myself & eating right again. Too easy to fall into the ‘fat trap’ through winter 😝
132.3 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
