허리둘레 -4cm 몸무게 -3.4kg
역행하는 몸 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
그래도 어제 밖에서 모임한거 치곤선방
배가 부글부글 하는게 왠지 오늘은 갈수 있을것 같다!
시무룩하지말자 이제겨우 2주다👏🏼
166.4 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
