This first week is like a scouting trip against an enemy. What will they do if I flinch left and then right.....very up and down. Got caught without proper foodstuffs and hunger beat me to a pulp... But I did catch the interest of my husband who is interested in eating more and more healthy foods!!!! Pistachio squares....yummm.
239.9 lb Lost so far: 8.1 lb.    Still to go: 29.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
