I am glad to see my weight going the other way, and I feel like a new start is possible. I am empty feeling, but not hungry upon waking. I weighed in and went straight to take my hCG.
164.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
