So I measured myself today and I was very happy with the results.
Chest 36
Waist 30 Down from being 32
Hips 38 down from being 40
Arms 10
legs 22
So far I lost 2 inches around my waist and hips in one week, very happy about that. Will measure myself next Sunday and hope I lose more inches.

So I lost some weight. I want to lose more so I thought to make some goals.
By Feb 1st I want to be 147 lbs.
By March 1st I want to be 140 lbs
Man I have not been this weight since high School. The only problem I have is sleep. I don't sleep well cause I have a two and a half year old baby, who likes to stay up all night and then I have to get my other two kids up and ready for school in the morning and once they're gone and the baby goes down for a nap I find that I can not sleep. I will lay in bed and close my eyes, but the sandman never comes. I hope I can get some sleep soon. Soooo Tired. But my weight loss is going well. I am working out really hard at the Gym and at home. I am eating healthier and doing my best to stay on target. Well that's it for me for now. Bye :)

Well this is my first week counting my calories and I have to say its not that bad. I am doing my best to eat healthy and exercise. I am doing Slimfast. It helped me in the past and its helping me now so I find it easy to follow. I will be weighing myself on Friday and I am hoping to lose 2 lbs. Wish me luck. :)
