How in heck can I go up and down so much! I know that my weight always fluctuates, but when it goes up so much, it's really disheartening. My diet has remained the same, I've been working out A LOT, and now I'm up two pounds! AHHHHH!!!

I went to the doctor this morning for my annual physical and the doctor told me I had the cholesterol of a teenager and the rest of my blood work was great. I know that all the exercise I do, and the fact that I take care to eat seasonal healthy food is a huge reason why I'm so healthy... but the vain side of me wants to be skinnier.
I should try to be more grateful for my overall health and not focus so much on my pant size. But also, just ten damn pounds!!!!
