Lost another pound. :(. Not sure why, docs aren’t sure why either. Am eating decent calories per day: 1800-2200. I need to figure out why I keep losing weight and it’s so hard to gain. I’d venture that it is as hard to GAIN weight as it is to lose it...
113.0 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2405 kcal Fat: 100.54g | Prot: 104.76g | Carb: 281.68g.   Breakfast: 1% Fat Milk, Coffee, First Street Raisin Granola with Almonds. Lunch: Cabot Vermont Seriously Sharp White Cheddar Cheese, Udi's Gluten Free Whole Grain Bread, Chicken or Turkey Rice Soup (Home Recipe). Dinner: 1% Fat Milk, Dry Grated Parmesan Cheese, Great Value Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Hard-Boiled Egg , Kroger Walnut Halves & Pieces, Jovial Gluten Free Brown Rice Pasta. Snacks/Other: Trader Joe's White Cheddar Popcorn, Pamela's Products Ginger Cookies with Sliced Almonds, Cantaloupe (Muskmelon), Butter , Cashew Butter, Food For Life Baking Company Ezekiel 4:9 Sesame Sprouted Whole Grain Bread. more...
