Oh. My. Goodness. This is the first time I stepped on the scale and GASPED. I expected to see 274 or 273... But it said 272.4 and i freaked out!! I can't believe it... I overate last night and I still went down... Oh, now it just dawned on me that I eat when I'm tired, like a typical college student... I should just stick to drinking lots of water instead of stuffing my face!! At least i overate with fruit and special k with Soy milk and not with ice cream, cake, or other junk food. :). I'm so excited! One thing that I did realize was that I did burn more than I ate, and maybe that's the key... Burn more calories than you eat and you're guaranteed to lose weight? We'll see!!
