I'm beginning to see how I put on weight. This has really opened my eyes as to what habits I had. ive also come to realize that I don't need as much food and can more or less eat what I want as long as its healthy and balanced.im 43 years old now. I need to look after my self and think about what I put into my body.
130.1 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
