I really need to stop eating out... So, I will. So, from now on I will only eat out once a week, tops, when my bf takes me out. Or, I could request that we stay in and eat a light healthy dinner :). I'm glad to see that I'm losing but I feel that eating out last night really screwed me over. What I ate was a bad choice on my part... a bacon cheese burger and waffle fries... from Friendly's... *shaking my head* Now I'm going to royally kick my own ass at the gym again.
